Commitment to Intellectual Property Rights

Bladdit respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our services to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable copyright laws.

It is our policy to respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content available through our services infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA notice containing the following information to our designated copyright agent:

1. Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, provide a representative list.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., URL or specific description).
4. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.

Processing of DMCA Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material promptly
• Notify the user who posted the content (if applicable)
• Provide information about the counter-notification procedure
• Maintain records of all notices received

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Bladdit has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to our services and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

AI-Generated Content and Copyright

Please note that our services generate images using artificial intelligence. Regarding AI-generated content:

• Users should ensure their prompts do not request reproduction of copyrighted works
• AI models may inadvertently generate content resembling existing works
• Users are responsible for verifying that generated images do not infringe on third-party copyrights before use
• We encourage users to use generic descriptions rather than specific references to copyrighted characters, artworks, or brands

Misrepresentation Warning

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Please be sure that you have a good faith belief that the material you are reporting actually infringes your copyright.
